The Day that Disappeared

Where else in the world could we be but The Four Seasons Hotel - Sydney, with this iconic view of the harbour and opera house?

Today represented the longest leg of our journey. It took 5 1/2 hours to arrive in New Zealand for refueling, then another 3 hours before we touched down in Sydney. Plus, we passed the International Date Line, so we literally lost an entire day ( and I have a certificate to prove it). We left Bora Bora in the morning of Sunday, November the 4th and we arrived in Sydney in the evening of Monday, November the 5th. And we only had 3 meals. I might get skinny this way!  

It's official. I passed the International Date Line

First dinner in Sydney was crepes and red curry, along with entertainment Aussie-style.

Of course, there's a kangaroo.
